After 25 years of gaining an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing Bay Street from the perspective of both a global accounting firm and a top 10 regional law firm, Alex returned to her true passion as an expert facilitator of meaningful change.
Alex uses her substantial experience and deep understanding of the fundamental levers of establishing and enhancing the key determinators required to build exemplary teams, both at the individual and organizational level. Using workshops, group facilitation, 1:1 (or team) coaching, and consulting to senior management (the C-suite), Alex leverages her emotional intelligence to weave divergent ideas and aspirations into practical solutions that promote individual engagement, team cohesion and advance organizational change.
Alex is certified in EQ-i 2.0, possesses a B.Ed and has attained the CHRL designation. She is an active HRPA mentor, past Co-chair of the Canadian NALP Data Reporting Committee, and past member of the TLOMA Compensation Committee.
